1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. Release the Power key as soon as you see the Echo Logo on the screen.
4. But keep holding the Volume Down button to enter into the Recovery Mode.
   

Boot Echo Plum into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, install the Echo Plum USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Echo Plum into Recovery Mode.
