Boot Sugar C6 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

  1. Power off your phone.

  1. First of all, install the Sugar C6 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Sugar C6 into Recovery Mode.
    adb reboot recovery

Boot Sugar C6 into Factory Mode

  1. First of all, power off the device.
  2. Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together for few seconds.
  3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Boot Mode on the screen.
  4. Now, press the Volume Down button quickly to enter into the Factory Mode.
