1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for a few seconds.
3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Allview logo and wait for few seconds.
4. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

1. First of all, install the Allview A20 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
