Boot Sony Xperia L4 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

  1. Power off your phone.

  3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Sony logo and wait for few seconds.

  1. First of all, install the Sony Xperia L4 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Sony Xperia L4 into Recovery Mode.

  1. Power off your Phone.
  2. Connect a USB cable to PC or Laptop.

Boot Sony Xperia L4 Bootloader Mode/Fastboot Mode using ADB command

  1. Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers and USB Drivers installed on your computer.
  2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Enter the below command in the Command Prompt window.
    adb reboot bootloader

How to Boot Sony Xperia L4 into Flash Mode

  1. Power off your phone.
  2. Connect one end of USB Cable to PC or Laptop.
