Boot Tecno Pop 8 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

  1. First of all, power off your phone.

  4. As soon as Android logo appears, Release the Volume Up button.

Boot Tecno Pop 8 into Recovery using ADB command

  1. First of all, install the Tecno Pop 8 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Tecno Pop 8 into Recovery Mode.
    adb reboot recovery

Boot Tecno Pop 8 into Fastboot Mode / Bootloader Mode

Below are the methods using which you can boot Tecno Pop 8 into Bootloader Mode or Fastboot Mode.

Boot Tecno Pop 8 Bootloader Mode/Fastboot Mode using Hardware Buttons

  1. Power off your Phone.

  6. In the next step, select ā€œEnter fastbootā€ using Volume keys and press the Power button to confirm.
  7. Now, your phone should boot into Fastboot Mode.

Boot Tecno Pop 8 Bootloader Mode/Fastboot Mode using ADB command

  1. Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers and USB Drivers installed on your computer.
  2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Enter the below command in the Command Prompt window.
    adb reboot bootloader
