Boot Alcatel OneTouch Hero Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. Release all the buttons once you see the Android Boot Mode.
4. Use the Volume Up button to select Recovery Mode from the list of Boot Options and press Volume Down to confirm.
5. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

Boot Alcatel OneTouch Hero into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, install the Alcatel OneTouch Hero USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).

1. Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers and USB Drivers installed on your computer.

3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Enter the below command in the Command Prompt window.

3. Release the keys once the device boots into Factory Mode.
