  1. First of all, power off your phone.
  2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a few seconds.

  4. If Android Robot appears, press the Power button for a couple of seconds.
  5. While holding down the Power key press the Volume Up button to enter into the Recovery Mode.

Boot Google Pixel 3 lite into Recovery using ADB command

  1. First of all, install the Google Pixel 3 lite USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Google Pixel 3 lite into Recovery Mode.

Boot Google Pixel 3 lite Bootloader Mode/Fastboot Mode using ADB command

  1. Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers and USB Drivers installed on your computer.
  2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Enter the below command in the Command Prompt window.
    adb reboot bootloader
