Boot Motorola Droid Ultra Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

  1. Power off your phone.

  3. Release all the keys as soon as you see the Motorola logo and wait for few seconds. The device should now boot into Bootloader Mode.
  4. In the next step, select “Recovery Mode” using Volume keys and press the Power button to confirm.

Boot Motorola Droid Ultra into Recovery using ADB command

  1. First of all, install the Motorola Droid Ultra USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Motorola Droid Ultra into Recovery Mode.
    adb reboot recovery

Boot Motorola Droid Ultra into Fastboot Mode / Bootloader Mode

Below are the methods using which you can boot Motorola Droid Ultra into Bootloader Mode or Fastboot Mode.

  1. Power off your phone.

  1. Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers and USB Drivers installed on your computer.
  2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Enter the below command in the Command Prompt window.
    adb reboot bootloader
