Boot Noa H9 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for a few seconds.
3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Noa logo and wait for few seconds.
4. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

Boot Noa H9 into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, install the Noa H9 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Noa H9 into Recovery Mode.

   adb reboot recovery

1. First of all, power off the device.
2. Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together for few seconds.
