  1. Power off your phone.

  1. First of all, install the Positivo S380 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Positivo S380 into Recovery Mode.
    adb reboot recovery

Boot Positivo S380 into Factory Mode

  1. First of all, power off the device.
  2. Press and hold Volume Up and Power buttons together for few seconds.
  3. Release the keys as soon as you see the two options on the screen.
  4. Now, press the Volume Down button to enter into the Factory Mode.
