  1. Power off your phone.

  4. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

  1. First of all, install the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Exynos USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
  2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
  3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
  4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Exynos into Recovery Mode.

  1. Power off your Phone.
  2. Connect a USB cable to PC or Laptop.
  3. Hold the Volume Down + Volum Up button for a few seconds and then connect the other end of the USB Cable to mobile.

  4. You should see the Warning Screen with two options – Volume Up to Continue and Volume Down to Cancel and restart the phone.
