Boot Wink City Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. Power off your phone.
2. Connect a USB cable to PC or Laptop.
3. Hold the Volume Up button for a few seconds and then connect the other end of the USB Cable to mobile.
4. But keep holding the Volume Up button until the Android Robot pops up on the screen.
5. Now, press the Power button to enter into the Recovery Mode.
   

Boot Wink City into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, install the Wink City USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Now, enter the below command in CMD to boot Wink City into Recovery Mode.

   adb reboot recovery
