1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together for a few seconds.
3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Wiko logo and wait for few seconds.
4. If Android Robot appears, press the Power Button to enter into the Recovery Mode.

1. First of all, install the Wiko Tommy 2 Plus USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows computer.
2. Now, enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing, go to Settings → About Phone and tap on Build Number about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to computer and open Command Prompt (CMD).
